Are you an experienced dispute resolution professional looking for a specialist role? We’re seeking a Dispute Resolution Specialist to manage complex complaints within our Internal Dispute Resolution (IDR) or External Dispute Resolution (EDR) teams.

🔹 What You’ll Do:
âś” Independently manage complaints referred to IDR or AFCA, ensuring fair, well-reasoned decisions.
âś” Engage with customers and stakeholders professionally, providing expert guidance.
âś” Handle complex cases with strong analytical, negotiation, and resolution skills.
âś” Work closely with a supportive, experienced team to drive continuous improvement.
🔹 What We’re Looking For:
âś” Minimum 2 years' experience in dispute resolution, complaints management, or claims (General insurance preferred; open to Life/workers comp experience).
âś” Strong knowledge of AFCA, regulatory requirements, and insurance dispute processes.
âś” Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
âś” Ability to manage a dynamic caseload in a fast-paced environment.
