Responsibilities
Equipment Monitoring: Track orders in IMP1, address delays, ensure accuracy of ValueQuix orders, and maintain the XOS Order Tracking Spreadsheet.
Pre-Delivery Coordination: Schedule site walkthroughs, confirm site readiness, and distribute asset tags and training documents.
Delivery Coordination and Communication: Act as the single point of contact for implementation planning, train Xerox resources, confirm installations, and schedule disposal of old equipment.
Reporting: Adhere to process flows, update daily shipping logs, manage asset disposition reports, and use Excel, Outlook, and IMP1 for reporting.
Qualifications
Skills:
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both French and English
Problem-solving, negotiation, and Microsoft Excel proficiency
Ability to work efficiently without direct supervision
Strong presentation skills
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of project coordination or executive support experience
Project management experience preferred
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
