Responsibilities
- Medical and administrative management of disability files
- Contact and follow-up with employees on the progress of files
- Complete all disability-related documentation
- Work in collaboration with the insurer and HR department to follow up on files
- Maintain and update various statistical attendance tables - (required for premium calculations, for example)
Qualifications
- Experience in a similar position
- Strong aptitude for administrative tasks
- Understanding of processes and ability to improve them
- Quick to adapt
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organization and planning skills
- Bilingual
