skills and experience required
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience managing a Technical Services organisation covering Presales Customer Success and/or Post Sales Professional Services teams in a SaaS/MaaS/PaaS environment.
- Startup experience is highly desireable
- Work closely with regional sales leaders and global peers to align PreSales and Post-Sales service delivery teams, prioritizing to meet regional business objectives.
- Oversee service delivery operations, including presales, implementation, and support. Drive efficiency, quality, and scalability in each of these areas.
- Understand and address local market, customer, and partner needs and development, tailoring service delivery approaches to address regional nuances.
- Manage SRE and act as an escalation point in incident management efforts to resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- Design, Develop and Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Can do attitude and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
