You’ll be responsible for managing a team, developing curriculum, optimizing training delivery, and ensuring compliance. You’ll play a key role in shaping the future of training within the organization, collaborating closely with global training teams, stakeholders, and leaders.Main tasks includeLead the development and delivery of engaging training programs.Manage and mentor a team of training specialists.Oversee the training budget and resources.Collaborate with global training teams to leverage best practices.Develop and implement a robust talent development plan.Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and procedures.Develop key relationships with thought leaders and stakeholders.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's degree preferred.
Proven experience in training program development and management within the medical device or healthcare industry.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Experience managing budgets and resources.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in Japanese and English.
Ideally, candidates will possess a background in interventional cardiology or cardiac surgery. Prior experience working within a global medical device company is a significant asset.
