As part of their ambitious growth plans, they are seeking a seasoned Director Business Growth & Partnerships to spearhead the GPU business and cultivate strategic partnerships with hyperscalers, Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), and the vector database ecosystem.

About the Role
Reporting to directly to the CEO, your key responsibilities would include
- Lead and mentor a global Business Development (BD) team to drive the GPU business growth.
- Develop and execute comprehensive BD strategies to boost adoption and revenue.
- Cultivate and manage high-impact relationships with hyperscalers such as AWS, Google Cloud, Oracle Cloud, and Microsoft Azure.
- Collaborate with global cloud teams to define and implement joint go-to-market (GTM) strategies.
- Identify and engage with strategic partners within the vector database ecosystem, including Couchbase, MongoDB, Milvus, and Elastic, to explore new partnership opportunities.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and identify emerging opportunities in the GPU and cloud computing sectors.
- Represent the company at prominent industry events, enhancing its brand presence and establishing thought leadership.
- Partner with internal teams across product, engineering, and marketing to ensure alignment between business strategies and technological innovations.
Skills and experience required
- 15+ years in business development or partnership management, with at least 5 years in leadership roles involving hyperscalers or ISVs.
- Experience in managing partnerships with hyperscalers (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Oracle Cloud) and familiarity with vector database technologies such as Couchbase, MongoDB, Milvus, and Elastic.
- Deep understanding of the GPU ecosystem, cloud computing, and hyperscaler partnership dynamics.
