·7 – 10+ years of relevant experience
·7 or more years in an IT environment with project management experience

·Strong understanding of IAM , Service Desk, application support, Intranet development, and customer service principles

·Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
·Strong leadership skills, personal drive, and ability to see projects through to execution in a matrixed, corporate environment is required
·Advanced reasoning, math, and language skills
·Strong analytical skills in budgeting, planning, and policy development and maintenance
