Tasks- Instrumentation for all surgical procedures.
- Assuming the role of circulating nurse during surgical interventions.
- Professional preparation of surgical instruments, equipment, and machinery.
- Monitoring and caring for patients under local anesthesia during procedures.
- Performing service recording and surgical documentation.
- Contributing to process optimization within the operating room.
Skills
- Completed training as a Surgical Technician, OR Technician, or further education as a Nurse with a specialization in the operating room or adequate, comparable training if you want to work as a crossborder talent
- Professional experience can be proven
- Flexibility and willingness to work night and weekend shifts on a regular basis.
- Strong service orientation and exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration.
- Keen interest in continuous professional development.
