求められる経験
●University Bachelor degree - (preferably in either Business / Marketing / Communications / Graphic Design).
●2 to 3 years of work (or internship experience) in social media marketing, content marketing, or digital media marketing.
●Deep knowledge and interest in popular social media platforms - Instagram, TikTok, Line, Facebook, Twitter, etc.
●Preferably working knowledge of social media scheduling tools, such as Hub Spot, Sprout Social, Social Bee, Buffer, etc.
●Experience / Background in copywriting or digital graphic design (Adobe Suite / Canva) is a big plus. An eye for aesthetics within the context of social media/advertisements/web design
●Structured, self-starter, self-organized with experience in juggling multiple projects with tools such as Asana, Trello, or Click Up; and able to work well with a team.
●Great attention to detail, attentive, and able to follow instructions carefully.
●Assertive with good communication skills, with experience in presenting to multiple stakeholders and answering questions.
●Japanese : Native level / English : Intermediate to Business level (A big Plus).
●Experience / Interest in the Fashion or the Luxury industry is a big plus.
