Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with business stakeholders to define the product roadmap for a strategic digital platform, facilitating engagement and service activities for partners.
- Acting as a conduit between Business, Digital, and Technology teams to understand industry trends and their technological impacts.
- Assisting business sponsors in translating strategies into actionable digital solutions.
- Leading a cross-functional scrum team to deliver prioritized projects, managing everything from product roadmap definition to post-launch support.
- Ensuring the operational quality of digital solutions for the Partnership Distribution business.
- Promoting digital adoption within the organization and among external partners through training and co-creation sessions.
Requirements:
- A degree in Business or Computer Science.
- Over 6 years of experience in digital product management and transformation, with at least 3 years in the insurance industry, preferably in distribution channels.
- Proven skills in end-to-end product management and data analysis to drive digital adoption.
- An innovative mindset coupled with strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across various levels of the organization.
- Fluency in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English.
