Brand management
• Collaborate & contribute to articulating local market & customer insights into an integrated brand plan, consistent with global/regional strategic brand plans and overall product strategy – in close alignment with Oncology marketing & sales team.
• Pro-actively adapt the brand plan in function of the continuously changing environment, customer insights, market research reports and promotional analysis to maximize brand potential.
• Build close relationships and collaborate extensively with the cross functional team (BCMs, Account Managers, Medical Advisors, External Affairs, digital/data team) to receive market and customer insights, align on the brand strategy and messaging, and translate the customer needs into the promotional materials and campaigns.
• Be accountable for the delivery of marketing initiatives and materials, both digital and print
• Share and implement best practices across the oncology business unit and the regional teams.
Digital Marketing/CeX
• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement.
• Manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and SEM.
• Ensure proper campaign tagging to setup for success in term of analyzing output.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize campaign effectiveness.
• Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and implement innovative strategies to maximize brand reach and impact.
• Work closely with Digital Lead to ensure alignment with MSD digital strategies.
• Work closely with UX/UI design manager to create user centric communications.
Minimum Bachelor degree in Life Sciences or another relevant discipline with healthcare curriculum from an accredited university/ Business school.
• Minimum of 2 years of healthcare industry experience is preferred.
• Experience in marketing, incl digital marketing, or project management.
• Previous oncology experience and/or scientific knowledge in oncology is a plus.
• Digital savvy and creative mindset to find innovative solutions.
• Self-organized and structured, with the ability to define your own tasks.
• Ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple projects.
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English and Dutch are required. French is a plus.
