- Understand, consult, and advise based on client's marketing goals and budgets.
- Create and implement digital marketing strategies to engage audiences and build brand objectives.
- Plan, develop, and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns tailored to client needs.
- Manage and optimize Paid Ads campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.
- Collaborate with the SEO team to integrate strategies that enhance organic visibility and campaign performance.
- Create and implement digital marketing strategies to engage audiences and build brand loyalty.
- Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools, generating actionable insights and detailed reports for clients.
- Coordinate with the content team to produce engaging, high-quality materials aligned with client goals.
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies, bringing innovative ideas to campaigns.
- Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions that exceed expectations.
about you
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist, ideally in an agency setting.
- Proficiency in paid advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Solid understanding of SEO, social media marketing, and content marketing best practices.
- Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Data Studio.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts.
- Creative mindset with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated and adaptable to remote working environments.
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar marketing automation platforms is a plus.
