Their mission is to assist SME's across APAC and USA with their labour hire needs by providing quality candidates to work for them virtually from Philippines. Based solely as remote work from home workforce, this role will see you working with a variety of stakeholders across the different countries and timezones, with the added benefit of an overseas trip to Philippines annually.
Position Overview:
We are seeking an accomplished Digital Marketing Manager with a strong focus on performance marketing and Google Ads to spearhead our digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will excel in generating new business leads, optimizing ad performance, managing budgets, and maximizing Return on Investment (ROI). This role involves strategizing and executing paid digital marketing campaigns, enhancing organic content, and utilizing data-driven insights to drive success. Reporting directly to the COO, you will be responsible for:
- Performance Marketing
- Google Ads Management
- Website Optimization
- Social Media Strategy
- Analytics and Reporting
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Content Creation
- Email Marketing
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage performance-driven digital marketing strategies with a focus on Google Ads to drive high-quality leads and conversions.
- Oversee and optimize Google Ads campaigns, ensuring effective budget utilization and maximum ROI.
- Collaborate with web developers to manage and enhance the corporate website, improving traffic and conversion rates.
- Lead SEO efforts to improve the visibility and performance of our webpages and affiliate sites.
- Utilize analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, and SEO software to track performance and refine strategies.
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis of digital and social campaign performance, providing regular updates and insights to the Marketing team and business units.
- Manage and optimize email marketing campaigns to ensure alignment with brand messaging and objectives.
- Develop and implement social media strategies to drive engagement, conversions, and brand consistency.
- Lead and support a small team of marketing professionals, ensuring their efforts are aligned with strategic goals and deadlines.
Job Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing with a strong emphasis on performance marketing and Google Ads.
- Proven expertise in managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns to achieve measurable results.
- Demonstrable experience in performance marketing, SEO/SEM, and data-driven campaign management.
- Skilled in optimizing landing pages, web pages, and user funnels to enhance conversion rates.
- Experience with A/B and multivariate testing to refine marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in using analytics tools like Google Analytics and Google Ads Manager.

- Ability to generate detailed and actionable marketing reports.
