My client is a leading global provider of educational services and training and a household name within the private education sector locally.
As part of their business expansion within APAC, they are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist to strategize and implement marketing activities and campaigns with the objective to increase brand awareness and generate more qualified leads and increase student”s intake for their programmes.
About the role
Reporting to the Marketing Campaign Director who is based in Singapore, your responsibilities includes
- Plan, create, and paid marketing efforts via platforms such as Facebook, Google Ads, Meta, Linkedin campaigns in alignment with marketing objectives and target audience aimed at increasing brand awareness and increase in intake of student”s enrollment rates
- Take charge of advertising accounts, ensure the creation and optimization of ad campaigns for optimal visibility and define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish benchmarks to measure the success of marketing campaigns.
- Strategically position ads based on timing, location, and audience relevance.
- Conduct regular monitoring of ad performance, utilizing data analysis to provide insightful reports and recommendations on the effectiveness of advertising strategies.
- Stay abreast of market trends and competitors' advertising strategies and enhance ad performance through continuous testing and improvement of various ad formats and creatives.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including student recruitment team, branding and communication team to ensure alignment with overall objectives
- Work closely with external marketing agencies and global marketing teams to ensure effective collaboration and optimization of resources
Skills and experience required
- Min 5 years of relevant experience in developing and executing successful digital/performing marketing campaigns and leads generation
- Able to work well in an agile and fast paced environment with experience covering and collaborating with internal stakeholders of different backgrounds and geographical locations
