Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the digital construction strategy for the project, ensuring successful integration of BIM and digital technologies across all project phases.
- Develop and implement BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) and digital workflows to optimize project delivery.
- Manage and oversee all aspects of BIM modelling, data management, and information exchange.
- Collaborate with project teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors, to ensure seamless digital integration.
- Promote best practices for digital construction and BIM within the project team.
- Ensure compliance with relevant standards, regulations, and industry best practices for digital construction.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of digital construction tools and processes within the company.
- Identify and implement innovative technologies to enhance project performance and efficiency.
- Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges associated with digital construction.
Key Requirements:
- Proven track record as a Digital Construction Manager/BIM Manager with a minimum of [number] years of experience in the construction industry.
- Strong technical understanding of BIM software and platforms, including BIM, Revit, Navisworks
- Extensive knowledge of digital construction workflows, processes, and best practices.
- Experience in leading and managing BIM teams and collaborating with stakeholders.
- Ability to effectively communicate technical information to a diverse audience.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Experience working on complex construction projects, preferably within the commercial sector.
- Flexibility to work across different locations (home, site, and office).
