Growing Treasury Marketing team is attempting to increasing market penetration in treasury solution delivery via the implementation of digital initiatives - RPA, automation and portfolio consolidation of SME and mid-cap corporates.

about the job.

Collaborate with relationship managers to identify and deliver treasury solutions to valued customers, specifically focusing on FX and FX-related services for corporates, including SMEs to mid-cap companies, through various channels.
Understands G10/G7 trading, pairing with HKD/CNH, to deliver comprehensive treasury solutions to corporate clients.
Support the digitalization initiatives led by Global Markets Sales, including the digitization of information, implementing Robotic Process Automation and automation, and establishing relevant frameworks, processes, and documentation.
Drive digital sales initiatives aimed at improving customer and market product penetration, expanding customer outreach, and enhancing sales productivity.
Work closely with internal stakeholders, such as business units, legal, compliance, IT, and transaction banking, to ensure seamless execution of sales and digital projects.
Train and equip the existing sales force with knowledge and skills to effectively market digital solutions to our client base.
Facilitate data extraction, compilation, reporting, and analytics for the Head of Global Markets, enabling data-driven decision making.

skills & experiences required.

Possess a minimum of 6 years of relevant working experience (i.e. corporate sales or corporate relationship management), preferably within the banking industry.
Knowledge of data analytics and related applications, including Tableau, PowerBI, SQL, and Excel VBA, will be advantageous.
Hold a bachelor's degree in Finance, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field, is preferred.
Proficiency in English is required, with Mandarin language skills preferred.
Demonstrate a results-oriented mindset and the ability to perform well under pressure.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for collaborating with internal stakeholders and engaging with clients.
Strong team player, capable of working effectively as part of a cross-functional team.
