- Participate in new and existing application design and development
- Collaborate with different external users to gather user requirements and suggest workable recommendation based in the business needs
- Participate in project and resource management to ensure that solutions delivered are high-quality, on schedule and easy-to-support
- Research and identify innovative solutions in line with technology trends to demonstrate how the technology can help solve problems effectively and efficiently
- Take on the responsibilities of a product owner, overseeing enhancements and maintenance of existing systems.
skills & experiences required.
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related disciplines
- At least 8+ years of relevant experience in the IT sector, with experience in software development and project management, candidates with enterpise background is highly preferred.
- Good understanding of SDLC and experience in design, development, implementation, integration, and maintenance of technology solutions
- Understanding of industry best practices and proficiency in analyzing digital platforms using SEO/data analytics tools.
- Strong business mindset and stakeholder management skills
- Good command of both spoken and written both Chinese and English is a must
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
