Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, the Digital Administrator contributes to the review and maintenance of Sun Life advisor workspaces within the approved digital presence management platform. As part of the overall Advisor Sales & Marketing Support team, this role involves administrative duties such as maintaining user databases, side-by-side information comparisons and detailed reviews of current data-driven content on the digital platform.

Responsibilities
• Review, compare and update approved user hierarchy information for advisor workspaces
• Collaborate and communicate closely with internal and external business partners relating to the digital platform hierarchy and advisor workspaces
• Help to identify opportunities for enhancement to the overall hierarchy structure
Qualifications
Qualifications:
• Post-secondary education in administration, business, or related field, preferably in the financial services industry.
• Sound judgement, exceptional attention to detail
• Written and oral communication skills, including proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
Preferred skills:
• An understanding of the financial services industry
• Ability to adapt quickly to new digital platforms (website and social media)
• Solid ability to make decisions within scope, solve problems and persuade
Assets:
• Experience with coordinating projects is an asset
