skills and experience required.
1.Bachelor’s degree or above, overseas education background preferred.
2.8+ years of experience in a client facing role in high growth technology firms, ecommerce/payments firm, fintech space or in a financial institution.
3.Ability to work with global cross teams, including sales/bd, finance, marketing, risk, customer care, legal, product, professional services, and compliance.
4.Expert communicator who is motivated to own all aspects of the client relationship and be the client’s advocate within Payoneer.
5.Excellent phone manner and presentation skills and able to productively facilitate meetings with up to 20 participants
6.Able to travel to clients on frequent basis.
7.Creative problem solver with the ability to think out of the box but also to know how to plan, prioritize, and execute on strategies to meet client needs and revenue goals.
8.Excellent written and verbal skill in both Mandarin and English.
