In the role of Development Engineer, you play a key role in developing and improving innovative processes and products. You combine operational and coordinating tasks within project development and R&D, bridging the gap between technology and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. 

Your tasks and responsibilities include:

• Developing and testing innovative materials and processes, including raw material research, prototyping, and physical-chemical measurements.
• Operating advanced pilot equipment to realize customer-oriented solutions.
• Leading and supporting projects, from concept to implementation, including process improvements and installation of machines.
• Collaborating with internal departments such as finance, marketing, potential customers and production facilities.
• Ensuring safety, environment, and health regulations within all activities.
