• Identify and address application issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain service continuity.
• Provide technical assistance and training to end-users, ensuring they can effectively use the applications.
• Continuously monitor application performance and system health to proactively detect and mitigate potential problems.
• Maintain detailed records of support activities, issue resolutions, and system changes for future reference and compliance.
• Work closely with development teams and other departments to implement updates, enhancements, and new features.
Qualifications
•Strong problem-solving skills with a methodical approach to troubleshooting technical issues.
•Basic understanding of SQL queries and database management.
•Ability to communicate effectively with users to gather information and provide clear instructions.
•Familiarity with ticketing systems and documenting support processes.
