Ø Installing, reloading, reconfiguring of any desktop/ office automation software, E-mail clients, browsers,

Ø In case of hard disk failure, the engineer should retrieve the data & transfer to the replaced disk.
Ø Ensuring latest version of antivirus software is loaded on all Pcs / Laptops & is active at all times.
Ø PC audit for all location.
Ø Aware of Installation & troubleshooting of critical applications & their usage guidelines.
