Provide deskside support for hardware, software, and network issues
Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and other hardware
Manage user accounts in M365, LAN and mobile devices, etc.
Collaborate with the rest of the IT team to resolve technical problems and escalate issues when necessary
Set up new workstations and assist with software installations for existing/new employees
Maintain accurate records of support tickets and resolutions
Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures

skills & experiences required.

Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline
3-5 years of experience in deskside support or relevant roles and at least 1 year for banking & financial services industry
Strong understanding of hardware (such as laptops and mobile devices) and software installation
Proficiency in supporting Microsoft Windows configuration, desktop administration, and Microsoft 365.
Solid experience in operating systems like Windows, iOS, and Android
Good communication skills and manner; as well as good problem-solving skills
Proficient in spoken and written both Cantonese and English is a must
Open-minded and willing to learn and pick up new technologies in the financial services industry
