Responsibilities
•Develop, lead, and deliver a sustainable long-term plan for growth, visitations and profitability in the market.
•Secure competent and high-performing teams and leaders who inspire and empower every co-worker to recognize and understand their
contribution.
•Position the IKEA Brand as the leader in life at home in the local market by ensuring the IKEA Concept is implemented in a consistent manner and continually shows the depth and width of the IKEA product range through relevant, affordable, functional, inspiring, and sustainable home furnishing solutions in all media and channels.
•Ensure the store works ethically and in compliance with internal regulations and external laws including legislation relating to risk, environment, health and safety.
•Connect the IKEA offer with the IKEA knowledge of peoples' life at home in the market and use the strength of the IKEA Brand to make changes
Qualifications
• You have 5+ years of experience working in a commercial role in an organization, including previous senior management experience.
• You have previous experience working in a retail store as a store or operations manager
• You have previous experience as a Market Manager and in business development
•You have a proven record of consistently meeting budgets and goals.
•You have experience setting and implementing action plans.
•You have experience leading in a changing environment.
•You have a proven record developing people.
