We are looking for a candidate with leadership experience to support a large two form entry Primary school in central Preston from January 2024. You will play a key role in the strategic leadership of our school. You will support the Head Teacher as deputy in driving educational excellence and promoting a positive school culture. Your responsibilities will include overseeing curriculum development, managing staff performance, and implementing effective teaching strategies to enhance student learning outcomes. Key responsibilities:

Essential requirements:
- Relevant qualifications (PGCE, QTS etc.)
- High knowledge of the EYFS/ KS1 OR 2 national curriculum.
- Classroom experience.
- Two references from the last 5 years (1 must be a full child-based safeguarding reference)
