- Responsible for managing all aspects of the business within Malaysia
- Provide exceptional customer service, drive revenue growth, and maintai a positive and engaging environment
- Collaborate with the head office to establish the overall direction for the company within the region
- Formulate strategic goals and drive organizational growth, supported by forecasts, market research, relevant reports, and strategic planning
- Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets
- Identify and pursue opportunities for business development and partnership engagement
- Champion the company’s service excellence aspirations and foster strategic relationships with stakeholders
- Responsible for driving the company’s financial, innovation, and productivity strategies
- Manage the company’s budget, monitor revenue, expenses, and profitability
- Implement cost-control measures to maximize operational efficiency and minimize waste
- Recruit, hire, and train a competent team of both backend and frontline staff to deliver high-quality work and maintain high standards across all operations
- Provide ongoing coaching, guidance, and performance evaluations to ensure staff productivity and motivation
- Implement and enforce policies and procedures to maintain a high standard of service
skills and experience required
- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing or equivalent
- At least 5 years in a senior management role, preferably in hospitality, entertainment or attraction industry
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the entertainment, recreation, or hospitality industry
- Exceptional customer service orientation with a genuine passion for creating positive experiences
- Sound business acumen and experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and revenue management
