Our client is one of the largest commercial banks, is now looking for a Deputy Manager / Assistant Manager, Training & Development. This is a new role with pockets of growth opportunities.
about the job
- Plan and implement training plan, monitor progress and evaluation
- Conduct induction training and develop online learning programs
- Administer training subsidy applications and training courses enrolment
- Upkeep training records and update training report regularly
- Work closely and partner with the business to identify learning needs through consulting and analysis of data and proposing innovative and impactful solutions
- Monitor the engagement with and impact of learning on business performance, creating new and innovative ways to engage the business and improve the impact learning has on performance
- Reinforce employee communication, lead and coordinate staff engagement activities
- Compile periodic HR analytics and ad hoc management reports
- Participate in ad hoc HR projects from time to time
skills and experience required
- Minimum Degree holder preferably in HR Management.
- Familiar with private banking CACS 1/ CACS2 certifications
- Good interpersonal skills and able to build good working relationships with all levels of the organisation
- Meticulous with organization and administrative skills
- Good initiative, self-motivated and focused player, able to work independently
- Good attention to details with good prioritization skills, an ability to act professionally regarding sensitive subjects and work collaboratively with diverse backgrounds
