Responsibilities
• Deploy rules and assets required to bring promotions and content to life on the site using various CMS tools.
• Manage the CMS repository to ensure content and files are organized, easily accessible, and intuitive to navigate, enhancing site maintenance efficiency and overall studio productivity.
• Collaborate with the product management team to understand new features and capabilities, translating them into innovative promotional strategies.
• Perform site testing in a staging environment before nightly or weekly publishing cycles to confirm all updates are accurate and functional.
• Troubleshoot and resolve promotional issues, with occasional overtime required.
• Partner with the site promotions team to educate them on site capabilities and guide them in leveraging these for effective promotional strategies.
• Execute weekly paid marketing campaigns for our client's website.
• Support the Optimization Team by designing and running simple to complex A/B tests.
Qualifications
• 2–5 years of related experience.
• Basic skills in reporting, HTML, and Excel are preferred.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• A background in quality assurance with strong business acumen is an asset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
