Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Materials Science, with at least 5 years of managerial experience, preferably in operations management.
Comprehensive knowledge of laboratory safety practices and extensive experience with testing procedures and equipment.
Strong technical leadership to guide teams and meet customer expectations, with proven expertise in conducting and supervising complex tests.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and deadlines, ensuring a strong track record of delivering technical solutions.
Demonstrated ability to multitask and work under strict timelines, coupled with robust organizational and conflict-resolution skills to manage cross-departmental communication effectively.
Familiarity with continuous improvement methods such as Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, or 5S, and strong project management and analytical skills to ensure lab efficiency.
