求められる経験
■Requirements
・More than 10 years of experience in demand planning within a consumer goods or FMCG environment.
・More than 5 years of experience in people management.
・Proven ability to work proactively and collaboratively.
・Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
・High proficiency in Japanese and business-level English.
・Expert knowledge of Excel and ERP systems.
・Experience with SAP is a plus.
