Located in the vibrant western suburbs of Sydney, my client, a Kindergarten to Year 12 co-educational institution, is dedicated to providing a nurturing and Christ-centred environment for students. As a ministry of the Baptist Church, they are deeply committed to supporting families by delivering quality education that fosters holistic development, preparing individuals for life and eternity.

Position Overview:
They are seeking a dedicated DEAN OF SECONDARY OPERATIONS to join their team. The successful candidate will uphold the school’s Christian values and ethos, demonstrating a commitment to their faith and mission. The purpose of this role is to coordinate the administrative and organisational function driving the efficient and effective operation of the Secondary School. The Dean of Secondary Operations is actively involved in the day-to-day operations, however the role extends to the strategic operations and establishing processes, procedures and workflow in the Secondary School.
