knowledge, skills and experience

• bachelor's or master's degree in data science, data analysis, mathematics, statistics, actuarial science, computer science, or a related discipline
• proven experience in leading and managing a data analytics team with a strong track record of delivering successful projects
• strong project management skills, including prioritizing tasks, allocating resources, and consistently meeting deadlines
• proficiency in data visualization platforms such as Tableau and Power BI, as well as data analysis tools like Python and SQL
• ability to think strategically and transform business goals into actionable data analytics initiatives
• excellent communication skills to clearly explain complex findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
