This position requires the successful candidate to work Monday - Friday, fully onsite at the company location in Waterloo.

Responsibilities
Duties for the Data Entry Clerk include;
- Data entry into contract management application
- Ensure accurate entry of application details for new registrations and updates
- Review and confirm information in source documents to identify data entry errors
- Review and open user access forms, ensuring the quality and accuracy of the provided data
- Manage forms by initiating, adjusting, or concluding user access within applications
Qualifications
- Experience working in a customer service-based environment using software applications that support data entry and records management.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; highly developed verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with a desire to learn new skills; proficient with Microsoft Office; fast and accurate keyboarding skills
- Strong problem solving and multi-tasking skills; strong attention to detail.
