Responsible for the overall management of Company’s business development in terms of order intake, profitability, quality and customer satisfaction for specific OEM in Asia level under global BU heads. Maintain Business Unit ownership from quote of business through production.【Critical obstacles to success】Unbalanced customer relationship, focus on order intake rather than profitability with sustainable growth, poor quality of order intake, reduction in market share, inability to meet APR target, Clear alignment with BU Heads maintaining the responsibly as Asia Director. Balancing future relationship and Immediate ALV profit in the execution level. High pressure on balancing the request from multiple stake holders in Asia.【Critical stakeholders】Customers, ALV stakeholders【Other interactions】Engineering, Purchasing, Operations, Quality, ELE Segment【Deliverables】Profitable sustainable growth with focus on quality【KPI’s】Customer scorecard, order intake, quality of new order intake, revenue growth, market share, contribution margin, APR performance【Definition of success】Balanced relationship with customer including growing the business at acceptable profitability with complete ownership of account in Asia.【Key / core responsibilities】Manage overall business unit activities (people, deliverables, multiple functions) in Asia, establish key customer relationships, develop strategic planning (pricing, technology, recovery) under Global BU heads.【Key / core essential activities】Strategy execution, talent management, lead profitable growth initiatives, customer relationship management.【Critical situations handled effectively】Commercial negotiations, product strategy, team/ people management

2. Product sales experience of Airbag or Seatbelt or Stering wheel or other assembled car component.
3. Working exeerience with multiple stake holders in mutiple culture using English
4. Managing experience arround 5 to 10 subordinates
