...enthusiastically and professionally assist customers through inbound calls;
provide information about products and attempt to close sales over the phone;
support customers with delivery issues, including tracking deliveries, resolving delivery problems, and checking stock availability;
troubleshoot issues and provide support for account management and software functionality;
deliver accurate and real-time responses to customer inquiries;
keep detailed records of customer interactions and actions taken;
proficient in french;
previous experience in a call center environment (preferred);
high school diploma or equivalent; higher education degree (a plus);
knowledge of technical troubleshooting methods (a bonus).
