• you will be responsible for guiding clients through their various queries, providing them with clear and relevant answers, while adopting a warm and professional approach;


• assist clients via inbound calls and/or outbound calls by answering inquiries regarding their saving-goals objectives;


• present and promote new alternatives contracts by using upselling skills that suits the best interests of the client;


• provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods.

native or advanced french (C2) proficiency;
intermediate level of English (B2);
excellent communication skills;
experience in customer service is a plus;
