We’re seeking motivated individuals to join our client’s customer support team for a top combined services app.

key responsibilities
- your mission is to assist customers with any question they might have concerning the App features and use;
- provide support for customer questions related to the use of the application, primarily through inbound calls;
- answer questions on account creation and balance management;
- inform customers of all service features
skills
native or advanced french (C2) proficiency;
intermediate level of English (B2);
excellent communication skills;
experience in customer service is a plus;
