key responsibilities
- as part of the team, you'll be responsible for welcoming, supporting and advising the customers in a warm and professional manner, presenting the services and providing technical assistance;
- assist customers through inbound calls in the after-sales process by answering inquiries and providing technical assistance;
- resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer complaints;
- provide accurate, valid and complete information using the right methods/tools.
skills
native or advanced French (C2) proficiency;
intermediate level of English (B2);
excellent communication skills;
experience in customer service is a plus;
