  • key responsibilities


    • provide exceptional customer service via chat, email, and phone.

    • troubleshoot user issues with the client platform, offering guidance and solutions.

    • educate users on the platform's features and help them get the most out of their websites.

    • work closely with the product and development teams to resolve complex technical issues

    • stay up to date with new client features and updates to provide accurate support. 
      collect and relay user feedback to improve overall user experience.

  • skills


    • native or advanced german (C2) proficiency.

    • intermediate level of English (B2).

    • experience in customer service, tech support, or a similar role (mandatory).

    • tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn new software and tools.

    • excellent problem-solving skills and patience when dealing with users.

    • experience with website builders or content management systems is a plus.

    • ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
