Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service via chat, email, and phone.
- Troubleshoot user issues on the platform, providing clear guidance and effective solutions.
- Educate users about platform features to help them maximize their website's potential.
- Collaborate with product and development teams to resolve complex technical issues.
- Stay informed about platform updates and features to offer accurate and up-to-date support.
- Gather and communicate user feedback to enhance the overall experience.

What We’re Looking For:
- Native or advanced German (C2) proficiency.
- Intermediate English (B2) level.
- Proven experience in customer service, technical support, or similar roles (mandatory).
- Tech-savvy with a fast learning curve for software and tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a patient approach when assisting users.
- Experience with website builders or content management systems (preferred).
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
