...you will be responsible for generating excitement around services and accurately and efficiently solving emerging issues that customers may face;
assist customers over the phone in an interactive and friendly manner;
attract potential customers by answering questions about products and services;
handle inquiries and respond in a timely manner;
manage requests;
native or advanced french (C2) proficiency;
intermediate level of English (B2);
excellent communication skills;
experience in customer service is a plus;
