...As part of our team, you will be responsible for guiding clients through their various queries, providing them with clear and relevant answers, while adopting a warm and professional approach.
Assist clients via inbound calls and/or outbound calls by answering inquiries regarding their saving-goals objectives.
Present and promote new alternatives contracts by using upselling skills that suits the best interests of the client.
fluency in French, spoken and written;
Intermediate level of English
preferably previous working experience in a call center;
