key responsibilities
- provide first-class technical support to clients after the sale for various domestic appliance brands;
- offer customer support via phone and email, serving as the first point of contact;
- conduct initial diagnostics of client issues using 60 available processes. For more complex problems, escalate to the appropriate department;
- continuously work on improving client satisfaction by taking a proactive approach during diagnostics, such as using YouTube tutorials for additional support;
- communicate with customers via email or phone, providing product information, following up on orders, handling minor repairs, and addressing complaints;
- use three different software programs during the support process.
skills
- fluency in both Dutch and English, spoken and written;
- preferably previous working experience in a call center;
- high school diploma or a higher education degree;
- cross-selling skills are a plus;
