key responsibilities
As a Customer Support Agent you will be responsible for:
- providing exceptional customer service and collecting required information from inbound customer calls
- resolving and taking ownership of each client’s questions or concerns
- promoting a customer-oriented image for the company by listening to customers, asking questions and providing alternatives aiming to facilitate their needs
- performing miscellaneous job-related inquiries regarding products and orders
- ensuring continued customer loyalty by providing timely and accurate information
- maintaining open communication channels with other departments
experience
- previous relevant working experience required
qualifications
- proficient english speaker
- literacy in computer skills
- knowledge of call center operation systems
- experienced customer oriented professional with the ability to utilize conflict resolution skills
