- assist travel agents with bookings and booking management, ensuring seamless collaboration,
- provide detailed information on destinations, cruise ships, documentation requirements, and pricing,
- answer a range of customer questions with professionalism and efficiency;
skills
- native or near-native fluency in German (spoken and written),
- ability to navigate and manage multiple computer platforms simultaneously;
- familiarity with social media and apps, demonstrating strong digital literacy;
- reliable high-speed internet connection with a network cable (essential for home-based work);
- a passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating positive experiences;
- strong ability to resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently;
