- Managing churn and increasing customer retention
- Educating customers with in-app help and improving customer experience
- Driving account expansion with contextual offers and growing lifetime value
- Collecting customer feedback and closing feedback loops
- Building relationships by providing consistent value and fostering customer loyalty
- Liaising with the sales team and marketing team to understand customer needs and better user insights
- Renewals, up sell and cross sell
about the manager/team
Reporting to UK headquarters.
about the requirements
- 3-5 years experience in a customer facing role.
- Able to commit to working Australian working hours
- Ability to analyse and move quickly to resolve customer challenges, engaging all of the appropriate resources and influencing appropriately to achieve goals.
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- The ability to translate & articulate how specific product features will assist and deliver customer success outcomes.
- Analysing & understanding product usage data by customer or cohort/segment of customer
- Confidence to professionally deliver presentations to internal/external audiences both face-to-face and via webinars.
- Experience in CSM role in similar market would be advantageous
