The Role
Are you a natural relationship builder who loves helping businesses succeed? We’re looking for an energetic and results-driven Customer Success Manager Coordinator to join our team. In this hybrid role, you’ll manage a portfolio of valued customers, working closely with them to drive growth and retention while supporting the broader team with outreach, admin tasks, and marketing initiatives.

You’ll play a key role in engaging customers at every stage of their journey, uncovering opportunities, solving challenges, and ensuring they achieve maximum value from their investment. What You’ll Be Doing

• Own Customer Relationships: Manage a portfolio of 80-120 customers, building trust and ensuring their satisfaction, retention, and growth.
• Drive Engagement: Lead strategic conversations with customers via virtual and in-person meetings to uncover opportunities, address challenges, and foster long-term partnerships.
• Be a Trusted Advisor: Understand your customers’ business goals and craft tailored roadmaps to help them succeed, ensuring alignment and accountability.
• Spot Opportunities: Identify ways customers can expand their use of products and services to grow their business, and work on upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Solve Problems: Proactively address risks and resolve issues by partnering with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet customer needs.
• Add Value: Share marketing and audience management best practices, helping customers optimize their strategies and campaigns.
• Support the Team: Collaborate on outreach initiatives, maintain accurate customer data, and assist with administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
