Our client is a large Australian owned coffee distribution business based in Wetherill Park with a passion for providing outstanding customer service and a great range of product offerings for their clients. Due to exciting growth within the business, an exclusive opportunity to join their team as a Customer Service Representative has become available.
... Your New Role
Reporting to the Office Manager who is known within the business for her supportive guidance and extensive knowledge, you will be responsible for:
- Acting as the first point of contact for the business by greeting guests, answering phone calls and directing as required
- Managing daily customer orders by calling clients to confirm orders
- Arranging dispatch and freight for deliveries
- Processing customer invoices and credits
- Preparing sales reports and other administrative duties as required

About You
- Previous Customer Service, Administration, Office Coordinator or similar experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail
