- fluent in Norwegian and English (min. B2)
- other Nordic language (Danish, Swedish or Finnish) - minimum B2
- previous experience in customer service (min. 6 months)
- good knowledge of MS Office
- strong customer orientation
- effective business writing in a professional and friendly approach
- good problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- knowledge of SAP is nice to have
