- Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and solution-oriented customer service over the phone, via email, and in-person
- Assist customers with scheduling service appointments, processing warranty claims, and accessing relevant after-sales information
- Collaborate closely with the service and parts departments to resolve customer issues and enhance their overall experience
- Maintain detailed records and documentation to support effective case management and reporting
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Participate in product training to stay up-to-date on the latest vehicle models and features
skills & experiences required.
- Passion for the motor industry and a genuine interest in providing exceptional customer service
- Solid experience in customer service in any industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and empathize with customers
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Proficient in using various software applications and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
- Driver's license is a plus
